Product information "EVO oil "2 cultivar" from Gentile di Chieti and Intosso olives - 0,75 lt."

The peculiarity of these "cultivars" of the province of Chieti and the hills of Majella, lies in the excellent quality -with no particular aromatic peaks- and in the fruity scent, with a slightly bitter taste and a golden yellow colour, with green reflections. Wonderful with dishes to give a strong taste, such as red meat and game dishes, grilled vegetables, legumes.

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, obtained by the cold pressing of only two olive qualities: "Gentile di Chieti", grown in the province of Chieti, and "Intosso", grown in the same province, but further from the sea.

Cinquina Sole d'Abruzzo

Located on the Frentane hills, the farm is surrounded by seas and mountains, national parks and nature reserves, and is in perfect harmony with the territory, a territory that in the Abruzzese agricultural tradition is dedicated to the olive harvest and represents gold for the economy domestic, "green gold" as the warm heat of the "new" oil put to rest after pressing. The Abruzzo company is distinguished by respect for the environment by concretely operating through the use of top quality materials and products and "environmentally friendly": 100% FSC cardboard for packaging, as well as the totality of the packaging of the fully recyclable oil, printing, and wood. Although today the company has reached a large size and has the best production technology, the mill represents the historical soul of the company. In the 80s, Saverio Cinquina, supported and supported by his wife Domenica, embarked on a path of productive growth projected to an increasingly vast national market, definitively leaving the management of the company in the hands of his four children: Pasquale, Mario, Luciano, and Alessandro.
