Extra virgin filtered olive oil, made with olives exclusively coming from the hills of the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany. The olives, hand picked according to the ancient tradition, are immediately taken to the oil mill where the oil is extracted at a max temperature of 27 degrees centigrade. After the traditional processing, the oil presents perfect organoleptic characteristics and deserve the recognition of the European Union's DOP (protected designation of origin) certification.
Intended for the most refined and demanding palates, the EVO DOP of Azienda Olearia del Chianti has an unmistakable flavour and fragrance. It is best when used raw and it's ideal when paired with dishes of the Tuscany rural tradition: game, grilled meat and fish, vegetable and legume soups.

Azienda Olearia del Chianti was founded in 1985 in Panzano in Chianti on the hills between Florence and Siena, in an area where olive groves and vineyards are an integral part of the landscape and of an ancient cultural tradition. Since its inception and under the guidance of the Gonnelli family, the company has made quality their strong point in the interest of the consumer who is increasingly sensitive and attentive to the origin of the product.
