Molino Rachello
Located in the heart of the Natural Park of the River Sile, the longest resurgence river in Italy, Molino Rachello covers an area of over 10,000 square meters, with a plant at the forefront of technological standards and total respect for the environment and the precious ecosystem within which it is located. For more than a century we have been producing flour only from highly selected grains, with particular attention to BIO grains of 100% Italian origin and to the recovery of ancient seeds and those of our territories, which for this very reason belong to our food tradition and are therefore more digestible and more suitable for those who suffer from intolerances ... Grains that we work with care, using milling techniques that can preserve intact all the nutritional qualities.
