They could be wet with water or they could be flavour, according to the tastes, with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano.

INGREDIENTS

Remilled durum WHEAT semolina, water, mother YEAST, salt.
It may contain traces of SOYA, SESAME seeds and MILK derivatives.

Our taralli are the result of an ancient Apulian recipe, based on very simple but extremely genuine and natural ingredients: soft wheat flour, the perfumed white wine of Puglia, the superb extra virgin olive oil of the coratina variety and the addition of spices to flavor the dough.

Strictly following the tradition, the ingredients are then naturally leavened and subjected to a special boiling which makes them particularly crunchy.
