To create their products, Callipo only use fish that is carefully selected and entirely processed in Italy. Particularly, Callipo yellowfin tuna is characterized by its tender, compact and light pink meat, with very low fat. The glass jar makes you appreciate the quality of the product at the very first glance.

Callipo tuna is preserved using Presal iodised salt, called "protected" as it keeps a constant iodine content in food preparations even after cooking, guaranteeing its assimilation.

Ingredients: yellow fin tuna, olive oil, Presal® protected iodised salt -Italian sea salt, potassium iodate 0.007%-.
