Chianti Classico is een van de edelste wijnen ter wereld en heeft de naam van het land waar het vandaan komt, in overeenstemming met strikte regels die de kwaliteit beschermen en garanderen.
Donkerrood neigt naar granaat, het heeft een geur van kruiden en bessen, een belangrijke en fluweelachtige structuur. De beste druiven zijn vanaf het begin bestemd voor het reservaat en worden gerijpt in kleine eikenhouten vaten die hun aroma's vrijgeven aan de wijn.
Oorspronkelijk gebotteld door de wijnmaker Fabrizio Bianchi in het kasteel van Monsanto Barberino val D'esa.

Aldo Bianchi, born in San Gimignano, left Tuscany before the Second World War to seek his fortune in Northern Italy. In 1960, returning to the area for a wedding, he was enchanted by the view from the terrace of the Castle of Monsanto: the entire Val d'Elsa with the incomparable backdrop of the Towers of San Gimignano. A stroke of lightning that made him buy the property in a few months. But if Aldo was bewitched by the landscape, Fabrizio, his son, immediately fell in love with the wines he found in the cellar. Thanks to his grandmother's passion for wine and his innate entrepreneurial spirit, Fabrizio, together with the tireless help of his wife Giuliana, began planting new vineyards and renovating the many farmhouses. ..... from here begins an incredible story of love, passion and joy for wine and everything that surrounds it.
