PORCINI MUSHROOM STOCK CUBE FOR DELICIOUS BROTHS AND RISOTTOS! The Porcini Mushroom stock cube is one of Bauer's new products. Only top quality porcini mushrooms, added to selected vegetables. The new stock cubes are versatile, genuine and healthy: they enhance the taste of risottos, but are also excellent for adding flavor to soups.
Combinations: Recommended for those who love the scents of the undergrowth. Ideal to prepare refined risottos and tasty meat dishes. Dissolve a stock cube in 500 ml of water and boil for a couple of minutes stirring from time to time. The stock cube can be added to foods (risottos, sauces, soups, roasts and escalopes) during cooking, in the desired quantity.
Ingredients: Soy and corn protein extract for stock, iodized salt: 35.7%, dehydrated porcini mushrooms: 6.1%, powdered sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil: 3.7%, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (carrot, onion, potato, tomato, parsley, leek, garlic): 2%, yeast extract, natural olive extract.
Free of: Added monosodium glutamate, hydrogenated fats, gluten and lactose.
