Product information "Linguette with PDO Parmigiano Reggiano - 200 gr."

Even today, Casa Vecchio Mulino's bakery products preserve the same flavour, fragrance and genuineness as those baked 150 years ago by the company's founder.

The secret is the use of the highest quality ingredients and respect for family tradition in the production process: leavening is slow and natural; production is still largely handmade and all the thin strips of dough are worked by hand before entering the oven; baking is slow so that each Linguetta is crispy and golden.

Casa Vecchio Mulino Linguette are handmade, incorporating PDO Parmigiano Reggiano into the dough.

Ingredients: wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil (10%), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 4% (milk, salt, rennet), salt, malted cereal flour, brewer's yeast.

Casa Vecchio Mulino

The great secret that we feel we can share with you has always been the use of the highest quality ingredients, the slow and natural leavening, the production mostly done by hand (all the thin strips of dough are pulled by hand by our "Stiratrici" before being put in the oven), a slow cooking that gives the necessary time to the product to become crispy and golden. These are the characteristics that make our products identical in taste and authenticity to those that our great-grandfather baked 150 years ago.
