Red Onion Compote from Tropea I.G.P. Gr 300.
This compote is prepared with the red onion of Tropea Calabria, renowned for its particular sweetness and high digestibility.
It is excellent served on toasted bread or on croutons and to enhance cheeses, both fresh and aged.
It perfectly accompanies roasted meats and is delicious served with fish such as mackerel fillets or tuna steaks.

METHOD OF CONSERVATION:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. After opening store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
