All ingredients are perfectly dosed for a complete leavening and maturation of the dough. This pizza flour is very simple to use and it is ideal for preparing both pizza on the pan, high and soft, and flat pizza, thin and crunchy. This flour gives your pizza unique aromas and flavors.
