Callipo create a fresh yet rustic combination of flavors and textures by combining PGI potatoes grown on the Sila mountain chain, in Calabria, the scent of fresh rosemary and first quality tuna steak slices. This product only contains carefully selected ingredients that are processed in Italy.
Ingredients: yellow fin tuna 41%, olive oil, "potato of Sila IGP" 15%, Presal® protected iodised salt (Italian sea salt, potassium iodate 0.007%), rosemary 0.2%.

It was 1913 when Giacinto Callipo started our company, in Pizzo, a beautiful Calabrian town known since ancient times for tuna fishing and tuna fishing.
