The 'nduja is a specialty from the Calabria region, made of minced pork flavoured with hot chilli pepper. Together with the delicacy of tuna fillets, this product is wonderful as a sauce for pasta and as a topping for bruschette and crostini.
Ingredients: yellowfin tuna 52%, olive oil 33%, 'nduja -pork (fat and meat), chilli pepper (sweet and hot), salt- 12%, Presal® protected iodised salt -Italian sea salt, potassium iodate 0.007%-.
