ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
From vineyards of hillsides facing the Adriatic sea is born this wine, straw yellow in color, floral and fruity to the nose combines freshness and sapidity to the palate. Particularly recommended with fish dishes and white meat.

Pairings:
Raw fish, cured meats, lasagna in white, risotto, poultry and medium aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
