Production area: Campofilone, Via Val d'Aso ,Frazione Elisena. We are in the heart of Val d'Aso. Altitude of 250 m above sea level. North side, very fresh where the sea breezes from the Adriatic and those from the Sibillini mountains alternate during the day.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Particularly suitable with first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, fish dishes.
Straw yellow with golden notes, intense, ample, enveloping. Strong floral notes with orange blossom, jasmine and elder in evidence blend with hints of white fruit, ripe apple and white peach, and yellow tropical fruit, pineapple and papaya. Warm hints of custard and candied fruit.
Taste: full, complex, velvety. Soft attack with notes of pear and dried fruit enriched in the evolution by the freshness of bergamot and by balsamic and mallow hints. Good persistence.
