Product information "Noans 50 cl."

Colour: Straw yellow with elegant and luminous golden reflections.
Olfactory and gustatory notes: Intense and complex olfactory impact, of great elegance and cleanliness in its bouquet of candied citrus fruits, mixed with a sweet honeyed scent. Dense in the mouth, it is a triumph of sweet and aromatic sensations, fresh and persistent, which combine to form a flavour imprint of great impact. Sensations of candied orange, cedar and lemon emerge and remain for a long time, with a sweet finish of apricot in syrup. Thanks to its good acidity, it closes the sweet sensations in a long dry and oily finish.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C.

Pairings: Conversation wine. Delicious on small dry pastries or, for contrasting flavours, with sweet Gorgonzola accompanied by acacia honey. But the most appropriate combination is left to the taste and personal skills of each one.

Tunella

A tale of three generations. Fifty years ago Grandfather Min and then his son Livio Zorzettig gave life to a story that continues today with La Tunella of Massimo and Marco Zorzettig (who cherish the family traditions together with their mother Gabriella). They and their highly-valued collaborators, among whom they count their friend Luigino Zamparo, an oenologist of remarkable ability, fuse a sense of the present with the memory of the past, animated with the desire to experiment the new and to maintain the noblest traditions of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The wines of La Tunella embody the fresh liveliness of new and creative energies… but history, memory, and tradition remain the solid and enduring corner-stones of the present, constructing the future day after day.
