This is a wine of great character, elegant and powerful that starts from a careful care of the grapes 100% Barbera d'Asti in the vineyard to manual harvesting then a long stay of the must on the skins and finally a soft pressing. After a long stay in steel tanks and wooden barrels, it rests gently in this bottle. The result is a complex wine with a delicate tannic structure. The color is ruby red tending to garnet, you will hear red berries, spices and a hint of vanilla with a base of black cherry, plum and blackberry. Wine suitable for aging. Open the bottle one hour before serving. Ideal with red meats, game, mature cheeses.
