ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Typical and fruity with delicate notes of peach and apricot. Decidedly fresh and sapid on the palate, with a good structure and a long aromatic persistence with a slightly almond finish. Suitable for a medium period of aging (3-5 years).

PAIRINGS
Appetizers with vegetables and fish crudités.
Finely spiced white meat and fresh, creamy cow's milk cheese.

Back in 1930, Emilio Bulgarini planted the rows of the vineyards to produce a genuine wine to share with family and friends. Afterwards, his son Bruno increases the production converting it into a profitable business.
