After the Second World War Mario Pavesi resumed the activity of his biscuit factory, he launched biscuits with a unique shape and light structure that provide energy without weighing down, ideal for children. The first advertising campaigns, aimed mainly at mothers, started soon. At a time when biscuits are sold in bulk, Pavesini, on the other hand, comes in an elegant package sold at the price of 100 lire. In 1955 Mario Pavesi, back from a trip to America, launched the "crackers", a product particularly suitable for an Italy that was changing.

Pavesi is now the owner of many brands, Ringo, Gocciole, Togo, Pavesini among the most 'famous.
