De Chianti Classico Riserva is afkomstig van de selectie van van de druiven van de wijngaarden die het meest geschikt zijn voor langdurige rijping. Gefinifieerd in

staal met een maceratie van ongeveer 20 dagen is verouderd in kleinere bossen van de tweede doorgang voor ongeveer 18 maanden, dan minstens 3 maanden rust in de fles. Druivensamenstelling: 90% Sangiovese en 10% Canaiolo en Colorino.

Aldo Bianchi, born in San Gimignano, left Tuscany before the Second World War to seek his fortune in Northern Italy. In 1960, returning to the area for a wedding, he was enchanted by the view from the terrace of the Castle of Monsanto: the entire Val d'Elsa with the incomparable backdrop of the Towers of San Gimignano. A stroke of lightning that made him buy the property in a few months. But if Aldo was bewitched by the landscape, Fabrizio, his son, immediately fell in love with the wines he found in the cellar.
