Product information "Organic tomato puree - 500 gr."

The tomatoes, harvested in the months of July, August and September are processed in order to preserve their flavors, fragrances and nutritional properties. After the selection and the washing, the skin is removed from the tomatoes by means of steam; only then the tomatoes are crushed, pureed and concentrated.

Alce Nero organic tomato puree is prepared without additives or added salt.

According to the organic regulations, no synthetic chemical treatment is applied and only organic fertilizers are used.
