The queen of desserts, enriched with delicious caramel.
The package contains:
1 bag of 70 g of preparation for dessert
1 bag of 30 g of caramel
1/2 liter of milk to the contents of box.
Ingredients Preparation for Crème Caramel with caramelized
Dessert mix (70 g): sugar, corn starch, gelling agent: carrageenan; dextrose, flavors, salt, coloring: carotenes.
Caramelized (30 g): glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, glucose-fructose syrup.
It may contain traces of WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOYA
Distribute the caramel from a sachet in 4 molds (or in a large mold).
Mix the contents of a large bag in a saucepan with the milk added a little at a time, obtaining a cream without lumps.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes over medium heat while continuing to stir.
Pour the cream into the molds. Crème Caramel can be turned out of the mold after at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
