Pavesini classico is a true Italian icon. It's an extremely light biscuit, born as an evolution of the traditional Novara cookies. It was made popular by Pavesi in the last century and despite its massive success, it is still baked on baking paper these days. With its inimitable taste and only 9 calories a piece, Pavesini is the ideal snack for every moment of the day and the perfect ingredient to create your favorite desserts.

Ingredients: sugar 49.2%, wheat flour, fresh eggs 23.5%, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), caramelized sugar, flavourings.
