Bronte Dolci's artisanal panettone with dark chocolate combines the incredibly soft dough typical of the Sicilian confectionery with a tasty dark chocolate filling and dark chocolate chips.

Ingredienti: wheat flour, pieces of dark chocolate 18% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), butter, almond and hazelnut glaze 11% (sugar, egg white, almonds 13% [1.5% of total], hazelnuts 6% [0.7 of total], wheat flour, maize starch), egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, honey, invert sugar, salt, emulsifier: monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids, powdered milk, natural vanilla flavour, flavourings.
Cocoa: min 46% in dark chocolate.
