The soft Melegatti dough is filled with a sweet milk cream that perfectly combines with the intense taste of ripe berries. Panna & Frutti di Bosco Melegatti is the perfect cake to start a cold winter day.

Ingredients: wheat flour, fresh eggs, sugar, berry puree 12% (glucose-fructose syrup, raspberry 18%, blackcurrant 17%, sugar, thickeners: pectin, tetrasodium pyrophosphate and modified starch, acidity correctors: citric acid and calcium citrate, flavourings), cream and milk cream 12% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, butter, cream powder 4%, flavourings, skimmed milk powder 2%, thickener: pectin, colouring agent: titanium dioxide), butter, natural yeast 3.5% (wheat flour, water, yeast), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifiers: monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavourings. Sugar-based decoration 4% (icing sugar, wheat starch, flavourings).
