Melegatti's "La Chocolat" cake is made of a soft cocoa dough with a heart filled with chocolate cream.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, fresh eggs, sugar, chocolate cream 15% (glucose syrup, water, sugar), chocolate 6% (low-fat cocoa powder, sugar, cocoa butter, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, butter, flavourings, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt), natural yeast 4% (wheat flour, water, yeast), emulsifiers: monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose-fructose syrup, skimmed cocoa powder 2% on the dough, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavourings, barley malt extract. Contains one bag of powder vanilla sugar 5% (sugar, wheat starch, vanillin). May contain nuts and soya.
