Product information "Taralli "Gourmet" with extra virgin olive oil - 250 gr."

Nothing says Puglia quite like its Taralli.
These fragrant, tasty and crunchy little baked rings are made following traditional recipes that go back hundreds of year. The base is simple: wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and white wine. To add variety to snack time, nonna's used to add different local spices and herbs to the dough, the most common being hot chilli pepper, garlic, rosemary and wild fennel.

Today, you can find many different flavours available, but Tentazioni Pugliesi only offers Taralli recipes that are respectful of the tradition. Taralli from Tentazioni Pugliesi do not contain vegetable oils, yeast nor GMOs.

Ingredients: wheat flour "0", white wine (contains sulphites), olive oil, extra virgin olive oil 10%, salt. May contain traces of sesame seeds and milk derivatives.

Tentazioni Pugliesi

The keywords of Tentazioni Pugliesi are quality and innovation, daughters of the experience and the passion that distinguish our company.

Our taralli are the result of an ancient Apulian recipe, based on very simple but extremely genuine and natural ingredients: soft wheat flour, the perfumed white wine of Puglia, the superb extra virgin olive oil of the coratina variety and the addition of spices to flavor the dough.

Strictly following the tradition, the ingredients are then naturally leavened and subjected to a special boiling which makes them particularly crunchy.
