Brown rice is a staple food of natural cooking: its grain preserves the whole germ and bran which are the most nutritious parts of rice. With a more intense taste compared to the same variety of white rice, it is recommended in combination not only with meat and cheese but also with legumes and vegetables. Excellent in side dishes, soups and salads.

This rice is certified "extra quality", thanks to the traditional stone husking process and a meticulous selection, which allows the defect rate of the product to be less than 1/3 of that required by law.
