Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Bio combines cooked musts and wine vinegar obtained from grapes grown exclusively with organic methods.

Designed purely for an increasingly large organic clientele, it ages in barrels of fine woods and has a distinct fruity note and a brown color, characteristic of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.

It has an intense bouquet and a sweet-and-sour taste, which recalls the extracts of the grapes with which it is produced.

Available in an elegant 250 ml bottle with pouring cap.

Ingredients: Cooked must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It does not contain any preservatives, colourings, thickeners or added sulphites.
Acidity: > 6%.

Density: about 1,270

In the kitchen: Particularly recommended for salads, grilled vegetables or boiled potatoes.
