The vineyards of Acetaia Cattani are located on the hills of the province of Modena, in the heart of the production of Balsamic Vinegar.
The grapes produced are in fact those typical of the area as the sweet and fragrant Trebbiano. To guarantee an always excellent balsamic vinegar, Acetaia Cattani obtained the Organic certification in 1983, producing selected and genuine grapes. All the phases of the production of Balsamic Vinegar are managed by the Cattani family in the large halls of the vinegar cellar, the most precious and ancient ones dwelling in small wooden barrels in the attic.
Delicious on cheese, grilled meats, or toasted bread.
Ingredients: cooked grape must concentrate. wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (10%), pectin, minimum fruits 60%.

Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani
The origins of Acetaia Giuseppe Cattani date back to the beginning of the 19th century, when Giuseppe Cattani's maternal great-grandfather, who was born in Modena for generations, kept and cared for the first barrels of vinegar. Giuseppe Cattani in turn, inherited the first battery (a series of barrels of different sizes in scale), is fond of the production of Balsamic Vinegar and continues to love the collection of barrels over the years, transforming this family business in a company recognized throughout the world: so 'was born' the House of Balsamic Modenese.
