This jam is prepared using the "Fico Bianco Dottato" variety, which is characterized by its green skin, its very juicy pulp and its sweet and aromatic taste.
It is delicious to fill cakes and pies, for a healthy breakfast and to accompany mature cheeses.

METHOD OF CONSERVATION:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and heat sources. After opening store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
