Typical of Abruzzo (Central-Southern Italy region), it is made with very finely ground meats, materly seasoned and dry-cured in a little metal cage to give its typical flat shape. It has a delicate flavour with a hint of pepper.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, spices and aromatic plants, antioxidant (E300), presrvatives (E250-E252), natural flavorings. Non edible casing. Once opened keep refrigerated.
