This Sauvignon Blanc comes from a single vineyard called Vigna Cantanghel located at 500 m above sea level in the municipality of Civezzano at the foot of the Lagorai chain. The vineyard, isolated on a rocky ridge and bordered by a typical dry stone wall built over the centuries, overlooks a ravine overlooking the Fersina stream.

The straw-yellow colour tends towards gold, with light greenish reflections. A Sauvignon, born from a careful selection of grapes, rich and intense in perfume with special floral notes. Good structure and taste, long in its complex aftertaste. Risotto's, solid and extensive first courses. It goes well with seafood and shellfish.

Maso Cantanghel is a small but significant wine-producing reality in Trentino. The medium-high hill environment (approx. 460 m asl) in which it is located, the nature of the terrain and exposure to the sun, combined with an optimal microclimatic situation, are natural elements that have allowed the development of viticulture. high quality. This is joined by the rational viticultural technique, the arrangement of the land, the choice of clones and rootstocks, the form of breeding and a scrupulous and careful enologic technique. Currently, the cultivated area of Maso Cantanghel is about 6 hectares.
