Name: IGT. Grapes: Sangiovese Production area: Suvereto (LI). Appearance: ruby red colour. Nose: ample perfume of ripe red fruits. On the palate: soft taste, rightly tannic.
Production technique: manual harvesting in perforated crates, separate fermentation of the grapes of each variety at 28/30 °, maceration for 15 days on the skins and subsequent separation of the wine from the pressed flower, maturation in stainless steel tanks and aging in oak barrels of second passage for 12 months.
