Azienda Agricola Lopetrone

The Azienda Agricola Lopetrone is located on a hill 500m above sea level, on the land of the farm there are native plants of the variety Pennulara and Carolea. The territory, mainly composed of sandy and rocky soils, is ideal for the cultivation of olive trees. The climate and the altitude favour the flowering and the maturation of the fruits, sheltered from parasites and insects. In the Azienda Agricola Lopetrone the harvest is done by beating and grazing by hand, the latter system allows you to keep the fruit intact and well preserved until the time of milling.
